Objective: Identify and reach out to former Scouts not registered in any official database
Services: Creative strategy, lead generation, data platform, marketing automation
The Scout brotherhood runs deep, but over time, those bonds often fade. Thousands of former Scouts across Latin America were not listed in any official database. Reconnecting with them was essential to strengthen the network and garner new support for the movement.
At Guaraní, we developed a creative strategy rooted in identity and playfulness: an interactive trivia game about Baden Powell’s legacy and the history of Scouting. As users answered questions, they received personalized scores and could share their results — sparking organic virality and emotional connection.
The quiz was part of a broader platform that collected contact information and segmented users by country. The result: over 4,000 former Scouts were added to the official database of the Scout movement in Latin America.
From there, we implemented a marketing automation strategy to invite them to support the movement in their home countries, participate in campaigns, and in some cases, become part of special initiatives such as the Condor of the Andes Order.
This case not only strengthened the movement’s database and digital tools, but also reignited the flame of Scout belonging across the region.
